Hanayama Huzzle Vortex — Difficulty Level 6 (Grand Master)

Vortex is one of Hanayama's best-selling designs and one of the more approachable puzzles at the Grand Master level — which is a relative statement, but a meaningful one if you're stepping up from Level 5 for the first time.

The spiral form suggests a rotation, and the rotation does matter, but not in the direction the shape implies.

A good first Level 6

If you've cleared the Level 5 range and want to move up, Vortex is where we'd start you rather than Enigma. It's genuinely hard, but it gives you enough feedback along the way to keep you in the fight.
