International Shipping Policy

Here at Eclipse Games we’re constantly working towards providing more ways for our customers to shop with us. You have asked and we have heard you! Over the coming weeks we will be adding international shipping options to our Website. Please check back as we update additional

These shipping rates are subject to change and it is recommended to use our checkout feature to check the most up to date shipping rates.

Important Notes:

Import/customs/inspection charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer, including in the event of a refusal of delivery. Please refer to your country's relevant Customs and Import Policies prior to purchase. Eclipse Games will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from customs clearance. 

In the event a delivery is returned to us due to custom clearance, incorrect delivery address, failure to accept delivery etc. We will attempt to contact you for a resolution and can re-ship it back to you at your cost. After 20 days if we receive no response. We may put the product back in stock for resale. In the instance a refund is requested, a restocking fee of 20-30% is charged & the shipping fee is also deducted.

Due to the nature of products going internationally - please expect the possibility of delays up to 30 business days depending on your location. The estimated delivery time frame is highlighted in the time frame table listed above.

Our carrier of choice for international delivery is Australia Post, we may occasionally use a different carrier.
