Hanayama Huzzle Spiral — Difficulty Level 5 (Hard)

Five near-identical solid metal pieces that fit together like a three-dimensional jigsaw — except the pieces are almost the same as each other, so knowing where one goes tells you very little about the rest.

Spiral is compact, hand-sized and consistently rated one of the most satisfying solves in the Hanayama range. It's also excellent for restless hands: even when you're not actively solving it, it's a good thing to hold.

Reassembly warning

Taking Spiral apart is the easier half. Putting five similar pieces back into a single form is where most people stall, so take a photo before you commit.
