A padlock that can't be picked, only understood. This is one of the most immediately readable puzzles in the range — everyone knows what a lock is meant to do, which means everyone starts with the same wrong assumption.

There's no key and no combination. The mechanism is entirely mechanical and entirely visible, and it still won't open.
