A member of the Straw Hat Crew becomes a Leader for the very first time! In addition, previously introduced characters receive cards in different colors, greatly expanding strategic possibilities.

To prepare for this set's release, the second half of EB-04's cards are included. An extra Bonus Pack will also be provided with each display – 1 card is provided per pack, with a total of 6 kinds.
