Sal has been an enthusiastic board games lover since early 2000 and enjoys a variety of party, strategy, "co-opetition" games & more.
During the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown - it was an extremely tough time for Sal & friends. Sal & his wife like many of us, figured out ways to connect with friends & family during this tough time. The way that he managed to connect with his family was through BOARD GAMES!
"My wife and I played Catan with our friends over video call. We used 1 camera on top of the table to display the Catan board and the other on our faces. There was a lot of manual handling and turn by turn explanation but we all had an amazing experience. A week later we found out that there were better ways to play Catan online. To this day, I still feel that was the best game of Catan we ever had."
To this day, Sal still has not won a game of Monopoly!
