We present a convenient click & collect option at either SYDNEY, BARDIA 2565 or ARNCLIFFE 2205. Once a click & collect order is placed, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable pickup time. Alternatively, if you wish to confirm a click & collect order prior to checkout, please contact us via our help widget on the right or email us at info.eclipsegames@gmail.com, providing your products you wish to order, email and contact number. We'll get back to you promptly.
FAILURE TO COLLECT A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
Orders placed through our Click & Collect Service must be retrieved from the designated pick-up point SYDNEY, BARDIA 2565 or ARNCLIFFE 2205 within 14 days of receiving your pick-up notification via email.
We're committed to ensuring you're well-informed about your order's readiness for collection. In this regard, we will send a secondary courtesy email seven days following the initial Pick-Up Notice if your order remains uncollected by that point.
It's important to emphasize that we reserve the right to cancel a click & collect order.
